Flathead
The flathead really does have a very flat head. It is not the flattest head out there (that was awarded to the Flounder), but it is still impressively flat. We are happy with this fish's name for once.
Like the Flounder, the Flathead is also a master of disguise. It can change its skin colour and pattern to match its surroundings. This is perfect for avoiding being eaten by just about everything except us. It's a fisherman's favourite this one.
