Sydney Seastar

Most Seastars rely on their good looks to get people to like them. They certainly can't rely on their table manners. Rather than having to chew, starfish prefer to regurgitate their entire stomach on their food and wait for it to dissolve in the acid. It's not pleasant, but it is amazing what you can get away with when you're good looking.

The most common Seastar in Sydney is so common that it is named after the city - the Sydney Seastar. However, most people never get to see one, as this Seastar tends to live in murky estuary water well away from where people like to swim.
